1. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed through the LAMANSHOP online store ("we", "us", "our") by consumers and business customers alike. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms as they stand at the time of your order. We reserve the right to amend these Terms for future orders; any changes will not affect contracts already concluded.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The product listings displayed in our online store do not constitute a binding offer on our part; they are an invitation for you to place an order. When you click the order button at the end of the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your cart.
After you place your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not yet constitute our acceptance of your offer. A binding contract of sale is only formed once we accept your order — either by sending you a separate order acceptance or shipment confirmation, or by dispatching the goods to you.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices shown on our product pages are quoted in GBP (£) and include statutory value-added tax (VAT) as well as any other mandatory price components. Shipping costs are not included in the listed product price and are calculated and displayed separately during checkout, before you place your binding order.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. The payment methods available to you will be shown at checkout. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Germany. Orders are processed with a handling time of 1–2 business days before dispatch. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 2–4 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of order. Delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (for example, carrier disruptions or customs processing) may affect these estimates.
6. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. In addition, we offer a return window of 30 days from the date you receive your order, during which you may return eligible items. We cover the cost of return shipping for returns made within this window.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days and issued to your original payment method.

8. Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@lamanshop.shop within the applicable return window described above, and we will guide you through the process.
9. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply to all purchases made through our store, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. These statutory rights exist independently of, and are not to be confused with, any commercial or manufacturer warranty, and are not limited or replaced by any statement in these Terms.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can access at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated, and are not willing, to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Governing Law and Severability
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence. Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be deemed replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects its intended economic purpose.
