Our Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, this page explains how to return an item, what to expect from the process, and how refunds and exchanges are handled.

Return Window

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery — no reason needed. This applies to purchases shipped to the United Kingdom and Germany. For details on the statutory right of withdrawal that applies to your order, please see our Right of Withdrawal terms.

How to Return an Item

Starting a return is simple. Just follow these steps:

1. Email contact@lamanshop.shop with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. Within one business day, we'll send you a return label by email.
3. Repack the goods securely, ideally in their original packaging, and attach the label to the parcel.
4. Drop the parcel off at your local postal office and keep your proof of postage until the return has been confirmed.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, returned goods must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be complete and returned in their original packaging.
• Labels and protective films must remain attached and undamaged.
• Hygiene items and sealed products cannot be returned once the seal has been opened, for health and safety reasons.

If a returned item does not meet these conditions, we may not be able to process the return or refund. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or item instead of a refund? We're happy to help — simply let us know when you first contact us, and we'll arrange an exchange rather than a refund wherever possible.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. We accept and refund to the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Please allow a little extra time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover the cost of return shipping — you won't be charged for sending an eligible item back to us.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
